Opening Accounts
For customers who applied for Quick Open Accounts:
If you did not receive any notifications, please check if the email was sent to your spam folder.
※ Recently, there are lots of cases that the notification was sent to spam folders for customers who use Gmail to register on our website.
For customers who applied for Open Accounts or Create New Accounts:
It usually takes 0-1 business day to finish account opening.
If you did not receive any notifications,
there is a high possibility that your application has not been approved or the notification was sent to your spam folder.
Please check if the email was sent to your spam folder.

Please note that if it is found that a large number of accounts have been opened, it will be subject to account freeze or other measures will be taken.
In addition, regarding the bonuses we distribute in campaigns, each person is entitled to receive bonus once.
Please be aware that if it is found that you have registered accounts by using multiple email addresses and have received the bonus fraudulently,
you will be subject to supervision and an account freeze.

Premier Account
It does not mean BigBoss would be using your funds to trade on the market.
Please check with your Fund Manager or affiliate for more information.
Instead, upon fund deposit, your funds will be accessed by your Fund Manager/affiliate to trade on your behalf.
You will not know the actual trading situation unless your Fund Manager informs you.
You may see the trade results from your account balance after some time.

For Remittance/ Bank Transfer from Overseas
Your deposit will be credited to your account as soon as we
confirmed
the receipt of the deposit from your bank account
to our designated account.
Please make sure to send your payment information and a deposit slip
to support@bigboss-mail.com after the transfer.
It normally takes 2-5 business days to
receive remittance/transfer, depending on the bank(s).
However, your remittance/transfer will not be successfully credited to your account in the following cases.
If your deposit has not been credited within 5 business days, please contact our support desk by support@bigboss-mail.com.
For Remittance/ Bank Transfer from a Bank in Japan
Your deposit will
be credited immediately
to your trading account upon our receipt of your transfer
if there is no problem with the transfer information.
※For a large amount of deposit, we may have to
examine carefully with our compliance team to approve the
deposit.
In that case, please note that it may take longer than usual for
your deposit to be reflected.
If your deposit is not credited to your trading account after a while, please contact our support desk by support@bigboss-mail.com so that we can investigate the situation.
For other deposit methods
It normally takes 0-1 business days
to credit your deposit to your trading account.
For deposit by cryptocurrencies, it takes
0-2 business days to
credit the deposit to your trading account.
If your deposit is not credited to your trading account after a while, please contact our support desk by support@bigboss-mail.com so that we can investigate the situation.
※Regardless of the deposit methods, if the account balance is negative and we need to make up for it (credit offset or zero-cut), it will take 0-2 business days to credit a deposit to trading account upon our receipt of your transfer.
The deposits will be credited to your accounts after the replenishment (offset) and zero-cut is performed when there is no open position.
Conversely, when there is open position, the deposits will be credited to your accounts without performing replenishment (offset) and zero-cut.
Trading
Please be aware that the higher the leverage, the higher the returns would be but would also mean possibly higher lost.
The leverage varies based on your balance.

The leverage 1111:1 is the only option for account opening in the
case of standard accounts and spread accounts.
For Deluxe accounts, the leverage can be set to a maximum of 2222:1.

A standard lot for forex = 100,000 units of base currency.
The minimum order per transaction is 0.01 lot (1000 units).

On standard and pro spread account , the margin call marks at 50% of margin level.
On standard account and pro spread account, stop out occurs below 20% of margin level.

There will be no swap point updates on the weekend.
So for the swap point, which is supposed to be given out on the weekend, will be given out at the end of the business session on Wednesday.
※For example,

Withdrawals
International Bank Transfers and BXONE etc. are available.
Please login in to MyPage and check the other withdrawal methods.
For bank withdrawals, BigBoss charges $20 for USD account or 2000 yen for yen accounts.
※This may vary according to the country of the bank from which the funds will be withdrawn.
After deduction of handling fee, usually it takes about 2-5 working days
for transferred amount to reflect on your account.
※It would usually take a little longer to process withdrawals above $50000. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately we cannot do that.
We would suggest you to cancel your withdraw application and re-apply
again with the correct amount.

Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Withdrawal

※You will not be able to withdraw partial funds that falls under the
following criteria:
・Funds deposited through credit cards within past 2 months.
・Funds that are required to maintain a healthy margin to maintain your
current trading position.
A SWIFT code is an international bank code that identifies particular
banks worldwide.

If in doubt,please check with your bank to confirm the details.
As Premier account holders, your funds are being managed by your fund
manager, who usually is at a state of position holding on your
behalf.
Therefore you might not be able to withdrawal above a certain amount at
a time.
Please contact your Fund Manager should you have needs to withdraw funds
above the available limit.
We do not limit withdrawals, but due to the nature of Premier Accounts,
there are rules decided between you and your Fund Manager.
We are unable to answer questions regarding withdrawal refusals from
your Fund Manager.

above the available limit.
You may also not be able to withdraw funds that falls under the
following criteria:
・Funds deposited through credit cards within past 2 months
Transfers
Transfer would take 0-1 working days.
Do take note that when you transfer fund to other currency account, the
fund is exchanged based on the market rate.
Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Transfer
history’.
Click ‘Cancel application’ once. A Cancellation report email will be
sent to you from our customer support.

※ Depending on situation and timing, there might be a possibility that you may not make it in time after the application is processed.
A 'Cancellation Report' email will be sent to you from our customer
support should your cancellation is successful.
As Premier account holders, your funds are being managed by your fund
manager, who usually is at a state of position holding on your
behalf.
Therefore you might not be able to transfer above a certain amount at a
time.
Please contact your Fund Manager should you have needs to transfer funds
above the available limit.
We do not limit transfers, but due to the nature of Premier Accounts,
there are rules decided between you and your Fund Manager.
We are unable to answer questions regarding transfer refusals from your
Fund Manager.

If any of your Standard / Pro Spread / MASS Standard / CRYPTOS (all currency) accounts has a negative balance, you will not be able to transfer from other accounts with balance. ※Transfers from CRYPTOS accounts are also not allowed.

Bonus
● Please note that there will be a cancellation of all the bonuses during the bonus campaign period if there is any withdrawal from one of the client’s trading account(s) during the bonus campaign period.
● There will be a cancellation of bonus credit if there is a transfer from a trading account, while the bonus credits will not be redistributed to the destination trading account.
● For Deluxe accounts, when unrealized losses exceed current account balance and stop out occurs, all the bonus credit in that account will be cancelled.
● Once you become an inactive user, the Credit bonus will be invalidated from all accounts held, if an account has been terminated, Credit bonus from that account will also be cancelled.
● All bonuses in your account will be forfeited during the bonus campaign period if any illegal translation was found.
● If your Loyalty Status(LS) is downgraded, all bonuses in your account will be forfeited.
● Trading account balance is minus
● There is Credit in the account
● Unclosed position is not positive
● No illegal trading patterns is found
When satisfying the conditions above, Credit will be moved to reset the minus balance to zero. Negative balance protection service will be offered if Credit is not adequate to return the balance to zero.
BigBoss Points (BBP)
Accounts other than Standard Accounts, Pro Spread Accounts, MASS Standard Accounts and Deluxe Accounts are not eligible for BigBoss Points.
BigBoss points will not be counted for transactions with a position holding time of less than 10 minutes in a target account.
BigBoss Points (BBP) you have earned should always be valid, except if there is no deposit or transaction for 42 days from the last transaction date, in which case all BigBoss Points (BBP) you have earned will be forfeited.
If there is no deposit or transaction for 42 days from your last trading date, all BigBoss points (BBP) you have earned will expire and your holding points will be reset to 0.
The expiration of BigBoss Points is not on an account-by-account basis, but on all accounts (BBP) you have.
In addition, when you become an inactive user, all BigBoss Points held at that time will be cancelled.
If your Loyalty Status(LS) is downgraded, all your BBP(s) will be forfeited.
Inactive User/Account Termination System
BigBoss has released Inactive User System and Account Cancellation System since November 1, 2022.
Inactive User:
A customer becomes an "Inactive User" when there have been no transactions (deposits, transactions, fund transfers) for 120 days in all of his/her eligible accounts.
*Standard, Pro Spread, MASS Standard, Deluxe and Premier accounts are eligible accounts.
When you become an Inactive User, your BigBoss points and credit bonuses will be cancelled from all accounts you hold.
*Inactive users will not be able to transfer funds between trading accounts. Account Activation is required before request fund transfers.
Account Termination System:
An account will be terminated when there is insufficient balance in the account to collect the account maintenance fee while the user is an inactive user.
*Collection of account maintenance fees will begin one month after becoming a dormant user.
*The account will be terminated one month after the date on which the account maintenance fee of $5.00 can no longer be charged.
If the balance is zero on the collection date, the account will be immediately terminated at that time.
CRYPTOS accounts are not eligible for the inactive user system/account termination system.
Transactions indicate deposits, fund transfers, transactions, and credit additions, but not withdrawals.
Also, "transactions in 120 days" are counted from the most recent transaction among all eligible accounts held by the customer, not in each account.
Users are reactivated when a transaction occurs not on an account-by-account basis, but among all eligible accounts held by the customer.
However, CRYPTOS accounts are not subject to the inactive user/account termination system, even if you transfer funds or make transactions within your CRYPTOS account, the inactive status will not be terminated, but it will be terminated if you transfer funds from your CRYPTOS account to MT4/MT5.
In addition, the inactive status will be lifted by the end of the day when the transaction occurs.
In case the inactive status is not removed after one day from the transaction date, please contact our customer support.
You can check your current account status from the "Profile" page of My Page.
For PC users
After logging in to My Page, place your cursor over the person symbol (account name is displayed) in the upper right corner.
Select "Profile" from the "Profile," "Change Password," or "Sign Out" menu.
For smartphone users
After logging in to My Page, tap the "三MENU" button in the upper left corner.
Then, tap the person symbol (where your account name is displayed), and you will see "Profile," "Change Password," and "Sign Out.
The collection of account maintenance fees on your account will begin one month after you are determined to be an inactive user .
Before that time, no account maintenance fee will be collected if there is any transaction.
In addition, the account will be terminated one month after the date on which the $5 account maintenance fee can no longer be collected, and if the balance is zero on the date of collection, the account will be immediately terminated at that time.
Loyalty Program
The BigBoss Loyalty Program (BLP) is a system that increases the Loyalty Status (LS) of traders based on the total number of days they trade.
As you upgrade to higher status, you can earn more BigBoss Points (BBPs), have your leverage limits relaxed, and be able to cash in your BBPs.
Your status will increase depending on the total number of days you have traded. Alternatively, you can purchase Loyalty Status at BBC.
※"Trading" means buy/sell and includes open positions. The total number of days to status up does not have to be consecutive.
Once a day.
Your status will be downgraded to Executive, regardless of the status before.

Replenishment+Zero-cut
“Replenishment” is the process of replenishing a negative balance with the valid balance of other accounts, together with the process of replenishing with the credits held (credit offsetting).
The "replenishment" is called "Offset," and will be indicated as “0 cut system offset balance” in the comment of the MT4/MT5 transaction history.
"Zero-cut" is the process of resetting the balance to zero when there is no balance and credit available for the replenishment. BigBoss will bear the cost of the resetting.
The resetting will be indicated as “0 cut system” in the comment of the MT4/MT5 transaction history.
The replenishment (Offset) is applied on a user-by-user basis instead of an account-by-account basis.
Applicable accounts are Standard / Pro Spread / MASS Standard.
※The current account-by-account Zero-Cutting System will remain unchanged and apply on Premier accounts and Deluxe accounts.
Funds allocated for replenishment are only from the balance of the eligible accounts.
Funds allocated for replenishment are prioritized from the balance. When valid balance is no longer available, credit will be allotted.
If there are multiple accounts with negative balances, the accounts with the largest negative amounts will be applied first for offsetting.
In addition, if a negative account remains after all the positive account balances have been used, or if only one account is held,
zero-cut will be executed.
It is not possible to specify the account.
If you have multiple accounts with valid balance (or credit), the replenishment will be executed as follow:
①Account in the same currency as the account to be replenished will be prioritized for replenishment.
②Account with the highest balance will be prioritized for replenishment.
③When all balances are exhausted, account with the highest credit will be prioritized for replenishment.
※If there are more than one account with the “same amount” of valid balance (or credit), the account with the oldest opening date will be prioritized for replenishment.
The account will also be allocated for replenishment when there are open positions.
Even if the replenishment will lead to a stop out, the replenishment will also be performed. Please be sure to manage the funds in your account carefully to avoid margin deficiency.
The negative balance will be automatically replenished from other accounts with balance within 4 hours for eligible accounts.
*If there are open positions with unrealized profit, the Zero-Cutting System is not applicable in which the negative balance can be reduced by closing the position.

About Account
Deluxe Account is a unique service offered by BigBoss for the first time in the world. You can customize the settings to create an account that suits your trading style.
Everything our clients have asked for in terms of trading conditions and account specifications is included in the Deluxe account. We have also added a game-like experience to the account so that even beginners can enjoy Forex trading.
And differences from other account types include narrower spreads than the Standard account, different trading commissions and leverage settings, and different stop-out conditions.

However, there are two Stop Out (SO) conditions in Deluxe accounts.
One of them is the SO that occurs when the unrealized loss falls below the account balance, and the “account balance” here does not include bonus credits.
Therefore, if you trade only with bonus credits, you will start with a negative spread and your unrealized loss will exceed your account balance, triggering SO at the time when you open a new position.

About Item
Currently released item types include the following:
Headgear: Increase the maximum leverage
Armor: Lower the stop out margin level (for SO at 100% margin level)
Weapon: Cash back on trading commissions
Shield: Increase the BBP acquisition rate
Shoes: Increase stop out buffer
Necklace: Increase the bonus credit retention rate after stop out
There is a menu bar in the bottom of the Deluxe Account page on MyPage.
Select "Shop" from the menu. You can tap on the items you are interested in and go to the purchase page.
Each item has its own "durability". When the durability reaches zero, the item loses its effect, even if it is equipped.
In general, the durability is reduced by 1 for every 0.01 lot transaction.
For armor, shoes and necklaces, besides the above reduction, the durability becomes zero once it takes effect.
In this case, you can repair the items to restore their effect.

Items are at Lv.1 when purchased. Then you can “upgrade” them to increase their level, enhancing their effectiveness.
You can also check the maximum level on the purchase page in the shop.
Some items are available for purchase while others are not, depending on your Loyalty Status (LS).
The more effective an item is, the higher the LS are required to purchase it.
If an item is not available for purchase in the shop, you will need to first upgrade your LS.
Your LS increases based on the total number of days you have traded. You can also purchase LS with BBC (BigBoss Coins).
